Packaging:
It's obviously plain, nothing much to comment about, but there is one flaw in the packaging: The brush. The brush is where it gets problematic. It's too soft, so you cannot apply it easily in one stroke. I managed to do so for my right eye (as I'm right handed) but the brush does not a have a nice easy stroke when doing my left eye. I only end up messing it up. It would be fine if the brush is a little more stiff so that it's more easy to apply, other wise you would have to be very experienced with eye makeup before making your purchase.

Product:
The color is just beautiful, however it's way to thick. It's so viscous that it starts to clump together once you apply it. Because of this, you constantly have to reapply and spread it again and again to get it to perfection. Another product flaw is that when it dries, it starts to crack and it hinders your eyes from looking flawless and innocent. And when it does start to crack when it dries, the glitter falls onto your face. On the bright side it's long lasting for the whole day as long as you don't rub your eye too much. I'm just really disappointed because the quality is just unacceptable. I don't even want to try to wear this outside because the after effects are just horrible.

Conclusion: Don't get me wrong, I love Etude House and they have a fantastic range of eye makeup, but this Tear Eye Liner is seriously not the thing for me. Maybe some of you do not mind the effects as much as I do, but in my opinion, it's just too bad to use for "ulzzang" makeup.
TIP: Replacing it with white (or any light colored) eye shadow is the most effective way to complete your "ulzzang" look. Using eye shadow sticks does not clump or crack, and it's super easy to use too! it lasts for half the day as well!
